Kinnaur – The Land of Fairytales
Kinnaur is where rugged Himalayas meet verdant apple orchards, dense pines, and age-old traditions. Ancient monasteries like Ki, Dhankar, and Tabo showcase ancient frescoes and scriptures, while the stark terrain invites trekkers and photographers to explore its infinite beauty. Experience the warmth of Spiti’s resilient locals, and allow the prayer-flag-strewn landscapes to fill you with awe and introspection.
Chandratal Lake – Lake of the Moon
Nestled at 4,300 meters, Chandratal is a shimmering turquoise gem surrounded by snowy peaks. Its crystal-clear waters mirror the skies and shift hues throughout the day. A favorite among campers and photographers, this Alpine jewel provides a magical overnight experience under the stars—perfect for peaceful reflection or meditation.
Kaza – Heart of Spiti Valley
Kaza serves as the cultural heartbeat of Spiti Valley, bringing traditions to life through vibrant local festivals, hearty cuisine, and monasteries like Sakya Tangyud. As a gateway to scenic wonders such as Pin Valley National Park, Kaza offers chances to spot rare wildlife like snow leopards and ibex. Trekking, mountain biking, and jeep safaris add excitement for all levels of explorers.
Manali – Gateway to Himalayan Wonders
Round off your journey in the lush hill station of Manali, nestled along the Beas River. With comfortable weather, verdant hills, and adventure at your doorstep, it’s the perfect bookend to your rugged Spiti journey.
